Payment options

Payment options available are as follows:

1. Include the payment in your Mortgage escrow account. Many mortgage companies will allow the escrow account to pay for the hazard insurance, flood insurance, and earthquake coverage.  Working with our agency will position you with a proven track record of working with escrow services to fund the policy costs.
2. Paying for the policy personally is equally convenient.  Visa, Mastercard or payment by check can be made in-full or incrementally over 2 or 4 months.

When purchasing your home or refinancing, an earthquake policy can be included in the closing costs.  Expenses incorporated into the closing are quickly faciliated into future escrow account payments.
