Misc Coverage

There are so many types of insurance and so many types of coverage.  Even as it relates to insuring the home, the variables for assurance are often times not all met in a single home hazard policy.

Depending on the number of claims a person has had, a Fire Policy may be all that the insurance company will provide.  If the home is vacant or under renovation, there are policies for those risks too.  But in any of these polices there are two types of coverage that are more and more often NOT provided for in the base policy: Earthquake Insurance and Flood Insurance.  Also not readily covered is: Termite/pest infestation and any type of home warranty.

Assurance of coverage is always available when the amount of funds is limitless.  Realty: There are only a certain amount of funds.  So pick the perils you are most concerned about and insure wisely.

No body knows when the next damaging earthquake will ocur in Georgia.  At Georgia Earthquake Insurance.com we are not here forcing the sale or stating the coverage is required.

Georgia Earthquake Insurance.com does provide a solution for assurance if desired.  Give us a call.

Sincerely,

Paul “Matt Locke”

Snow and rain make a terrible combination that the earthquake coverage may be positioned to provide coverage.
Mud slides and the resulting damage can be deadly. Having the earthquake coverage could provide coverage even if the home is not hit by debris. The rumble of debris going by the home and the shifting of the ground is enough to cause substantial damage.
Are you getting tons of rain and snow? Consider the added benefits of Earthquake coverage in Georgia.
